BB Espresso Con Panna

AFFOGATO OR ESPRESSO CON PANNA?

What's the difference? Not much. An affogato is essentially a scoop of vanilla ice cream (gelato) with an espresso poured on top, while an espresso con panna is an espresso with whipped double cream and a few little extras. Honestly, both options are great after dinner so we highly recommend either one being served with our ULTRA LOW CAFFEINE Coffee.

Ingredients

60 ml or 2 espresso x ULTRA LOW CAFFEINE

60ml x double cream

1/2 tbsp x icing sugar

1 dash x vanilla extract

Method

In a medium bowl, combine the double cream with the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until thick and creamy.

Make the espressos using an espresso machine, BB Coffee Plunger, or BB Moka Pot.

Top each double shot of espresso with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and serve.
